Booking & Reservation

  • Who are my traveling companions?

    For privacy reasons we cannot provide you with advance details on your traveling companions.

  • My friend cancelled the trip, can I replace him/her with someone else?

    Yes, let us know as soon as possible.
    We will do our best to arrange it for you. However in some cases replacement will affect additional charging such as re-book the hotel etc. we will need you to settle these payment before we can replace the name.

  • How long will it take to process a refund?

    We generally will submit the refund process to our partner/host company. Please be advised it may take up to two to three weeks

  • Can I get a refund issued to a different credit card other than the one I used to book my ticket?

    Refunds can be only made to the original credit/debit card you used for your purchase.

  • Can I change a name after I purchase?

    Yes, it is possible to change a name, just let us know!

General Questions

  • What type of ground transportation will be used?

    The host is responsible for the transportation and they will use their own boats, cars or busses. The quality of the transportation varies by company.

  • Do you provide currency exchange?

    We don’t provide currency exchange.
    Although if something urgent happens and you ran out your local currency, we can help you to exchange some money (USD / Euro) for you to survive until you can find some money changer.

  • Can I rent the equipment?

    We usually provide all the equipment that you need for your trip except your personal outfits and equipment such as shoes, hats, jackets, backpack, camera etc.

  • I’m traveling alone, can I have the single supplement?

    Usually we will put you in a sharing bedroom with someone your own gender to manage the best price. Some places will also have a very limited rooms to stay. Please ask our customer service if you can have single supplement.

  • What kind of vaccinations do I need?

    You need to check the latest up-to-date travel health information for the region you will be visiting. Your local travel health specialist can give you the best advice about the right vaccinations. Some vaccinations need to be taken 1 month before enter Indonesia!

Itinerary & Accomodation

  • Can I book an extra night at the accommodation before or after my tour?

    Yes, in most cases we can arrange additional accommodation at our starting or ending hotels. However this depends the occupation of the hotel at the moment of booking. So we can not guarantee the reservation but we will do our best.

  • Are airport transfers included?

    Most of our trips or activities do include airport transfers if thats the starting point. When there is no airport transfer we will mention that in our trip overview and give you some tips how to arrange the transport.

  • I want to ask some question about itineraries. How can I contact you?

    Please send us an email, contact our customer support or send us an message on Whatsapp.

  • If I arrive a few days before the trip date can I stay in the same hotel?

    If you want to stay in the same hotel that we provide during the trip, we can help to book the hotel for you, but we can not guarantee the availability.

  • Can I get a partial refund because I didn’t use the whole tour or activity?

    Unfortunately, if you purchase a full tour or activity and use only one segment, no refunds will be made.

Payment

  • Do your tours include international Airfare?

    No travelers arrive from all over the planet and for us it is not possible to include the airfare in the prices.

  • How can I pay?

    You can easily pay through our payment system on our website.
    We accept credit/debit 
    card and also Paypal.

  • Can I pay in other currency?

    At the moment we only accept Euro, there are several ways to make your transaction in Euro.

  • How do I request a refund?

    Please contact our customer support during business hours at least 3 days prior to your travel date. Please also check our terms and conditions for a refund.

  • When can I request a refund or change my ticket?

    Please contact our customer support during business hours at least 5 days prior to your travel date.

Trip Policy

  • Are entrance fees included?

    Yes entrance fees are included, however sometimes local authorities will charge you extra for a camera or any other specific item. 

  • Is tipping included and if not, how much should I reserve?

    Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion. There are no rules for tipping, it’s based on your feeling.

  • I’m traveling alone; can I have the single supplement?

  • Can I buy everything I need on location?

    We prefer for you to prepare everything you need prior to the departure. You might go to places without any shopping options. 

  • Is there any minimum number of people for the trip to run?

    It depends on the trip or activity if you have specific questions to this subject please contact our customer support.

What To Bring

  • What should I bring?

    Most of our trips will involve outdoor activities. The most important thing to bring after your passport and money is your sunblock. The rest depends on the kind of trip that you are going to do. If you need to bring special equipment we will mention it on time.

  • What clothes should I bring?

    Pack as light as possible for all trips however the specific requirements for your trip can be vary widely. We will send you extra details if your trip needs special equipment.

  • What kind of luggage should I bring?

    It depends on the trip but we always recommend a backpack if you travel to many places. If you bring a suitcase to Indonesia be aware of the stairs. Nothing in Indonesia is flat.
